The Filter frame are made of metallic sheet and rods with powder coated. The bags media of Filter is Imported glass Fibre media and non woven synthetic fibres. The bag are made with stitching or welding. The bags media are bonded and assembled in such manner in the casing to avoid leakages.

SIGMA PASS BOX
These units are mostly used in pharmaceutical Industry. There are two types of pass boxes
A) Static pass box
These pass box are installed in between two sterile rooms.
B) Dynamic pass box
These pass box are Installed in between sterile to non sterile room, These Dynamic pass box is a fan Filter unit with prefilters and HEPA filters housed along with a fan and motor. The manufacture of construction of both pass boxes are SS/CRCA powder coated.
SIGMA CLEAN AIR MODULE
The clean air module is a fan filter unit with prefilters and Hepa filters housed along with a fan and motor in a SS/CRCA casing. These units are used either for pressurization or for improving the cleanliness level of the room.
